MISSION
Virtu Training Group was founded with the intent to bridge the gap between traditional law enforcement training and the measurable performance standards found in practical shooting. Led by experienced law enforcement instructors with operational and competitive shooting backgrounds, Virtu Training Group delivers relevant, challenging, and reality-based training for today’s officers and defensive minded citizens.
In addition to the core firearms programs, Virtu brings in top-level instructors from multiple disciplines to provide students with a broad range of high-quality training.
The Virtu Cadre believes training should build capability—not simply satisfy a qualification standard. The capacity to act takes the willingness to intervene, and the hard skills to do so effectively.
